Returns & Exchanges

At Trailer Trash Tammy, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, but if your order isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
